HMD is generally considered a "Gentle Chelator" and has been used with children suffering from autism with no adverse effects. Also, HMD has been used with cats, dogs and horses, again with no adverse side effects. However, if your pet's detoxification organs are compromised, then it may be worth while using the Organic Lavage with the HMD as this is designed to act as a "drainage remedy" helping to eliminate the toxins from the body.

1-5 kg (2-11 lbs) - 5 drops, three times daily in water or food
6-15 kg (13-33 lbs) - 10 drops, three times daily in water or food
16-25 kg (35-55 lbs) - 15 drops, three times daily in water or food
26-35 kg (57-77 lbs) - 20 drops, three times daily in water or food
